(“DribbleUp”, “we”, “our” or “us”) may offer benefits and perks to Members (“you” or “yours”) – such as, but not limited to, discounts on replacement products, invitations to exclusive sessions and access to exclusive content – correlated with a Member’s progress on the App (“Member Perks Program”). Those benefits are only available to those with an active Membership. To access your progress and redeem your benefits, go to your profile on account.dribbleup.com. Check these benefits frequently as they may change from time to time at our sole discretion.
By participating in the Member Perks Program, you agree that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Participation (“Terms”) and by any changes or modifications to the Terms that we may make. You should frequently review these Terms at dribbleup.com/about/legal/mpp.
Benefits and perks have no cash value, are non-transferable, and Members have no property rights in or to perks or other Member Perks Program benefits. Benefits and perks cannot be exchanged or returned for other benefits, another product or service or a monetary refund. The benefits available through this program are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the products or services you receive. We reserve the right, without notice, to cancel any products or services to be provided to you that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in a violation of our Terms.
Once a Membership is canceled, your progress will be deleted and all benefits and perks will automatically expire.

DribbleUp, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel, modify, restrict or terminate these terms, and/or the Member Perks Program or any aspect or feature of the program or offered benefits at any time without prior notice, even though such changes may affect the availability of benefits and/or perks already accumulated or earned and/or the ability to redeem accumulated benefits. Membership will automatically renew monthly until canceled. Terms of Service apply.
