This is why we offer our customers a chance to try out DribbleUp Smart Equipment (including, a Smart Strength Ball, Smart Soccer Ball, Smart Basketball, Smart Boxing Gloves, and Smart Boxing System) at home for 30 days risk-free! If you then decide that you are not absolutely in love, no problem!
If you are not satisfied with your DribbleUp Smart Equipment, you can receive a refund within 30 days of the order being delivered or purchased in-store*. If ordered online, we will then send you a prepaid label for eligible returns.
Additionally, only first-time purchasers of DribbleUp Smart Equipment, can receive a full refund for DribbleUp Membership (“Membership”) charges for a one-month period when making a return on Smart Equipment within 30 days of delivery or in-store purchase*. Accordingly, your Membership will be canceled and you will no longer have access to live and on-demand sports and/or fitness classes.
WHAT IS REFUNDABLE?
· Your DribbleUp Smart Equipment and all gently used accessories purchased together with your Smart Equipment within 30 days of delivery or in-store purchase*. If you are not a first-time purchaser of DribbleUp Smart Equipment, simply initiating a return of Smart Equipment will NOT cancel your Membership.
· Your DribbleUp Membership (“Membership”) charges for a one-month period - only first-time purchasers of DribbleUp Smart Equipment.
Any costs or fees associated with express shipping charges will not be refunded. VAT, sales, or other taxes may apply. Only items purchased from our online store (dribbleup.com) and physical retail stores can be refunded through this process.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
· Only first-time purchasers of DribbleUp Smart Equipment are eligible for a refund of Membership charges for a one-month period – if Smart Equipment is returned within 30 days of delivery or in-store purchase*.
· All purchasers are eligible for a refund of DribbleUp Smart Equipment – if Smart Equipment is returned within 30 days of delivery or in-store purchase*.
· Only items purchased from our online store (dribbleup.com) and physical retail stores can be refunded through this process.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN?
· Email us at email@example.com or message us via Live Chat found at dribbleup.com.
· For in-store purchases, request a return in-store.
· Customers must return all Smart Equipment and accessories when making returns to be eligible for a full refund.
· A paid Membership is required to access unlimited DribbleUp live & on-demand classes at the time of your DribbleUp Smart Equipment purchase.
· UNLESS CANCELLED, YOUR MEMBERSHIP WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY RENEWED, AND YOU WILL BE BILLED EACH MONTH.
· You have the right to cancel your Membership at any time online at account.dribbleup.com or by contacting us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or Live Chat at dribbleup.com. We do not provide refunds for Membership cancellations if you are not a first-time purchaser of DU Smart Equipment or your Membership falls outside the 30-day window, subject to specific cancellation and refund rights listed for certain Canadian residents within our Terms of Service.
